Anyone familiar with this phone system? I can't find anything in the programming guide to set upthe call log feature.

I'm on site now, any help would be greatly appreciated.

My question is, did the person who sold you the KSU have tech support?

They have limited tech support, and the numbers they gave for Panasonic were incorrect.

I am, however, a customer of Capitol Sales. Does that count?

I will vouch for Fred's words!!
These guys are great with KSU tech support. And they offer it for FREE, as long as you purchase it through them. Sounds more than fair to me!
