I'm sure that this has been kicked around many times before, but it's my first time installing one of these so I need to ask.

Here's the situation

Building was prewired with RG6 to the exterior.
Customer wants (has purchased) a Delphi XM.
Delphi XM antenna kit comes with a goofy ass (50 Ohm?) antenna with a weird connector on the ends.
Can it be spliced into the RG6, or do I have to retrofit their antenna through the walls?

Should have what you are looking for. I believe someone else makes a similar product, but cannot remember the name. Will try to think of it.

Remember now. Called an SMB fitting. We use SMB to BNC.

Too bad I didnt know this before. About a month ago, I dismantled a guys sofit over his deck so I could mount an XM receiver right beside his dish that just happen to have 4 coax running to it and only 2 being used.
He ordered an extension cable from Delphi, cost him about 70 or 80 bucks.
