Bob Weissburg, president of D&M Holding’s Sales & Marketing - Americas division, has resigned, according to a company statement.

D&M’s umbrella includes and Denon, Marantz, Boston Acoustics, Snell, Escient, McIntosh, commercial brands D&M Professional, Denon Professional, Marantz Professional and more.

Weissburg had been with the company for seven years, weathering some challenging economic times.

Tim Bailey, D&M Holdings Consumer Business Unit president, issued this statement:

It is with regret that D&M Holdings, Inc. announces the resignation of Bob Weissburg, President, Sales & Marketing--Americas, effective today. Bob has been with D&M since April 2004 and has led the Americas team through significant business cycle challenges, including growing both revenue and market share as the economy continues its recovery. Over the last seven years, Mr. Weissburg's many accomplishments, successful marketing campaigns and targeted sales initiatives have been instrumental in helping build D&M's audio brands into the market leaders they are today. D&M is grateful for his dedication, vision and commitment.

AS D&M begins both an internal and external search to replace Mr. Weissburg's position we are fully committed to a seamless transition in which all our valued customers continue to receive the same high levels of service they have come to expect from us.
