Just finished up a bedroom system and had ordered some HDMI Decora Wall Plates from RAM for his Time Warner receiver to LCD panel. Now client buys a XBOX 360 w/ HD-DVD player. Microsoft HD-DVD only supports VGA for HD output. So now I will be pulling a VGA cable just for that. Where can I get a wallplate with BOTH VGA and HDMI Thru-Connections? Space is limited and have no room for two separate plates.

A few weeks back (with help from people here) I did a search for Decora Inserts with HDMI... during that process.. I didn't stumble across any HDMI & VGA plates.
Another option is to go with a semi-custom, or completely custom stainless steel plate. I'm sure Liberty and other mfgs have similar options.
I've purchased from BTX (http://www.btx.com) in the past.
Single gang, double punched DB9, not loaded - #PL-2DB9E
Panel mount, HDMI (f-f) adapter - #CD-HDMIFFP
Panel mount, VGA (m-m) adapter - #CD-9533
Total cost (retail) $20 or so.
They have a dealer program also.

I'm sure they can make this one they can make what anything you want. I didn't find one with both HDMI and VGA but give them a call and see what happens.

Liberty will make whatever you want, and they'll do it quickly to boot! Whenever I have a custom or special need I call them. Their PanelCrafters dept. makes all sorts of custom wallplates.
