Portland, OR – January 28, 2014 – Triad Speakers, Inc. is now shipping its Nano OnWall LCR 3.0, a
3-channels-in-1 passive loudspeaker system (soundbar) for today’s ultra-slim TVs. The company’s thinnest soundbar to date, Nano measures 1.6-inches deep (including grille) by 3.25 inches high and is available in both custom widths and paint finishes. MSRP begins at $1,200. Standard accessories include Triad’s EZ Mount Bracket and brackets to mount directly to the TV.

Triad has been in business for more than 30 years and is well-established as a leading international brand of loudspeaker solutions in the custom residential channel. The brand offers dealers a robust line of in-room, on-wall, in-wall and in-ceiling solutions, the majority of which is custom-manufactured in the USA.

Triad’s soundbar line consists of 10 models at varying levels of performance and sizes to complement most every TV available today. According to Triad Speakers Marketing Manager Paul Teixeira, it was the lackluster sound of today’s ultra-slim TVs that prompted the company to engineer a speaker that could maintain the sleek look of the TVs, yet provide robust performance.

Teixeira notes, “While there are other manufacturers that market thin soundbars, their sound has typically taken a backseat to size. The Nano LCR 3.0 incorporates 6 specially-designed Scan-Speak drivers and 3 soft dome SB tweeters in a fully-damped and braced aluminum enclosure, all of which was a major challenge from such a compact enclosure. We’re very proud of how it sounds and looks, and believe it’s the best performer in its class today.”

The Nano LCR 3.0 represents the first of a new series of ultra-compact soundbars from Triad that utilizes this new design process using extruded aluminum. The speaker is manufactured to order in Triad’s modern factory in Portland, Oregon. In addition to custom paint-matching, the company offer optional (at extra cost) custom-sizing in widths to match the length of the video display
