Naperville, IL - May 19, 204 - Recently Barrett’s Technology Solutions celebrated the branding of their new design center located in Naperville, IL., with an invitation-catered event targeted at their high-end customers. As Seymour-Screen Excellence independent sales rep Wayne Brown of Accent Marketing reports, attendance was robust for the 5PM start-time and continued throughout the evening. 4820

Barrett’s Technology Solutions begins the sales process with a Builder- and Architect-friendly approach. This is evident when you first walk into the store. As you enter you immediately notice the clean lines of their presentation. The middle of the showroom is free of the normal clutter of boxes and electronic gear - instead each aspect of technology integration and automation is featured around the perimeter of the main showroom.

Barrett’s Technology Solutions assigned the presentation of the “sizzle” aspect of their core business into 5 primary demonstration rooms: 2 for performance audio, 2 for multi-media/theater and 1 dedicated to computer audio and streaming media.

The real showstopper is the multi-media room that features a 172-inch Seymour-Screen Excellence Enlightor2 acoustically transparent screen accompanied by Wisdom Audio speakers - very similar to the pair’s highly-acclaimed demonstration that took place at the 2013 CEDIA Expo. The video is provided by Sony’s flagship 4K projector.

The 2nd theatre room is smaller but architecturally more appealing with the requisite paneling, trimmings and ceiling highlights. A fabulous film image is projected onto another S-SE acoustically transparent film screen – this one, the brand’s flagship ISF-certified Enlightor4K model.

4821 Joe Barrett stated “We chose the acoustically transparent route because we want to lead the market in promoting and defining what a true in-home theatre experience can be. A good acoustically transparent film screen exacts the alignment of audio and video to achieve that “suspension of disbelief” that draws the viewer into the moment. Anything less than that goal would not be acceptable for such a premiere showcase as this.”
