SupplyStream (http://www.mysupplystream.com) will officially launch its dealer purchasing platform at CEDIA EXPO 2014. After nearly two years of quiet development and a full year of Beta testing, the SupplyStream launch follows the recent acquisition of the inventory sharing platform, Invenshare.com, as well as the recent additions of Lawrence Davis as V.P. Business Development and industry icon Joe Piccirilli as a member of their Board of Directors. SupplyStream touts the most comprehensive product catalog and the simplest proposal tool in the industry, integrated into the first-of-its-kind purchasing website developed specifically for the Custom Integrator.
SupplyStream will be demonstrating the live website to dealers, manufacturers and distributors on the show floor. The website provides a complete platform for dealers to build and view their unique product catalog from a comprehensive database of industry products. The catalog includes real time product information, pricing, and availability from their existing suppliers, and allows dealers to generate proposals and manage purchasing from all of their vendors in one place.
“Three years of development seems like a long time, but it was critically important for us to bring a platform to market that delivers everything we promised, and everything dealers need,” explains SupplyStream founder and CEO Kirk Chisholm.
