We are currently looking to fill a tech position (like everyone here isn't).

We are a small, Richmond, VA based AV company, focused on delivering cutting edge, top quality systems & a phenomenal client experience.

To maintain that client experience, we are primarily focused on dedicated home theaters however we selectively choose large scale total home entertainment & automation projects.

To give you an idea of our business model our projects typically start @ 25K for a home theater & 75K for total home projects. Current projects underway are ranging from 15K to an open-ended project which has surpassed 500k with many more options that have not been selected. There are other projects which we have turned over to some of our subcontractors because they didn't fit into our model for one reason or another or because of scheduling conflicts.

Because the owners of this company have elected to follow a business plan which focuses its efforts on larger scale projects rather then taking on every opportunity that is available in the marketplace, we feel it makes our company an exceptional place to not only shop but to work for as well! We understand people have a life & try our best to not take on more then we can handle.

Pay: Salary (commensurate on experience) + performance bonus + profit sharing

Benefits: Health insurance available 50/50 employer/employee split after 90 days

- Ability to read & understand architectural drawings
- Ability to perform position-related activities without constant supervision & direction (can think on your feet well & aren't afraid to assume responsibility)
- Comfortable learning new techniques & skills
- Comfortable working around clients
- Good people & communication skills
- Understands that while the position is for a tech, everyone here does what needs to be done if there is something which is outside our so-called job description - no premaddonas here, we work as a team & help each other if needed!

- Relatively clean & valid drivers license (DUI & Reckless driving or excessive violations unacceptable)
- Comfortable with traveling for what can be extended periods of a week or more at a time
