    Best non-contact thermometer?

4 Comments by PAAI Published on 01-18-2010 12:59 PM
I am looking for a better non-contact thermometer to measure mostly heatsink temps at a distance of no more than 10 feet.

Looking at the Raytek RAYMT6 or Fluke 62

Tell me if you own a good one or bad.

I have used the Raytek RAYMT4U for years. I like it just fine.

The boss just picked up one of these... Seems to work well for the price.

Cool line of tools as well...

I've got a Fluke, but not sure of the model number.

It shows both the current and max temps at the same time which I think is nice.
I have CDO, it's like OCD but in alphabetical order...
